Ritual weapons released during the year (we are currently on year 5 of Destiny 2) can be acquired by resetting your rank at either Zavala, Lord Shaxx, or the Drifter. There are currently 2 different sources of Ritual weapons in Destiny 2, the Exotic Kiosk and resetting your rank at your favorite vendor.
